CHARLESTON ROOTS · SOUTHEAST PROJECTS
Website care that fits your needs
Keep your website useful after launch, with checks and editing sized to the systems you actually use. Based in the Charleston area and available for suitable Southeast projects.
Is this for your business?
Owners who need a named person to check their site, explain issues and handle agreed updates without paying for an oversized plan.
Care that fits your website
We agree which pages and forms to check, how often to check them and which updates are included. You know who to contact, when support is available and which repairs need a separate quote. Checks are scheduled, not continuous. Renewal is your choice.
How we can help
Simple sites can have simpler care
A static one-page site has different needs from a CMS, store or integrated booking system. We assess the platform, inquiry path and editing frequency before suggesting a plan.
Know what is checked and what gets fixed
Your agreement names the check cadence, pages, form tests, editing allowance, response window and which repairs need a separate estimate. Monitoring and repair are not interchangeable.
Keep control of your accounts
Use named, revocable invitations where available. We document owners and recovery contacts, and arrange a handoff when care ends.
What’s included — and what’s separate
No unlimited edits, automatic paid upgrades or round-the-clock response promise. Website care does not automatically include SEO content production or vendor subscription fees.
Common questions
What does monthly website management include and exclude?
Your care agreement names the site and systems covered, check cadence, inquiry-path tests, editing allowance and support window. A simple static site can need less care than a store, CMS or booking integration. Care does not mean unlimited edits, round-the-clock support, an SEO content campaign or included vendor subscriptions. Repairs outside the allowance need a separate estimate. Quarterly payment can be agreed for a defined term; renewal is opt-in and off by default.
Does a form need more care than a static page?
Usually it adds a separate delivery path to check: storage, notification transport and the receiving inbox. We scope that path explicitly.
Can a small business start with lower-cost website care?
Yes, a simple static site may need a smaller care plan than a store or a site with several integrations. We review the actual site first and explain the check cadence, support window and work that needs a separate estimate.
