Inbound Desk for your business inbox
Keep a clearer view of incoming requests and what needs a reply. Explore the sample inbox, then talk to us about trying Inbound Desk with your business.
This demo uses sample emails. Your real inbox is not connected and nothing is sent. We’ll agree the setup and test it with you before a live pilot.
Is this for your business?
Small service businesses that need to keep customer questions, missing details, owners and follow-up together while continuing to use their existing inbox.
From first email to finished work
Here’s how an Inbound Desk pilot could support your team, from the first question to the final follow-up. The highlighted steps are shown in the sample inbox. Working with real email needs setup and testing with you.
- 01Part of a live pilot
Agree on your business rules
Choose the mailbox, team roles, approved business information and which actions need your review. Start with observation before enabling customer actions.
- 02Shown in quick demo
Understand the incoming email
Identify the customer request and relevant conversation. Flag unclear messages and details that need a person to check.
- 03Shown in quick demo
Organize the next step
Suggest the right folder and team so the work is easier to find. In a pilot, agree who owns the request and when it needs attention.
- 04Part of a live pilot
Prepare and review a response
Prepare a reply from approved business information. A person reviews the draft; sending to customers needs your separate approval and testing.
- 05Part of a live pilot
Follow replies and outstanding work
Keep new customer questions separate from earlier answers. Surface overdue work for its owner; viewing an email does not count as answering it.
- 06Part of a live pilot
Confirm completion and handle exceptions
Record what happened and confirm that the request has been handled. Route failed or uncertain steps back to a person before any further action.
Explore 100 sample emails, suggested folders and teams, and messages that need attention. The demo doesn’t connect your inbox, assign real work, send replies or complete customer requests.
Try the sample inbox →Try it with your business
We agree which inbox to use, what the system needs to know, who can access it and how long information is kept. We test it before using it with real customer work. We start by observing messages, then try drafts that a person reviews. Sending to customers needs your separate approval. This is a tailored pilot, not a ready-to-use subscription.
How we can help
Track the work behind each email
A pilot helps your team keep track of new questions, decide who will reply and see what still needs attention. Reading an email or preparing a draft doesn’t mean the customer has been answered.
Prepare a useful reply for review
Use the business information you provide to spot missing details and prepare a useful reply. A person checks the draft and decides whether to send it.
How the sample inbox works
Business rules can identify missing details and prepare a draft for a person to check. Try the simulated demo to explore sample requests, suggested folders and next steps. It uses fictional emails and saved results; your real inbox is not connected and nothing is sent.
Scope a pilot around your inbox
Start with an agreed mailbox, business rules, knowledge, operators and retention policy. Shadow observation comes before reviewed drafts. Gmail or Outlook access, hosted security, real-device behavior and delivered-message acceptance must be tested for the actual business before activation.

Custom agentic responses
We can design tailored responses and follow-up workflows around your business, using information you approve and a tone that fits your team. Add this as a separately scoped product alongside Inbound Desk.
Scoped pilot · in development. Custom responses are separate from the simulated inbox demo.
What’s included — and what’s separate
Demo available; managed deployment requires a scoped pilot and acceptance testing. No separate CRM subscription is required by the framework. Provider subscriptions and optional integrations are scoped separately. The public demo cannot send email, connect a mailbox, book work, issue refunds or update customer records. No unattended customer replies or measured accuracy promise is included.
Common questions
Is this connected to my inbox?
No. This is a simulated demo using fictional emails and saved suggestions. Parallel simulation illustrates several emails handled together; it is not a live speed test. A pilot for your business would need its own setup and testing.
Can my team keep its existing inbox?
That is the design: read-only intake and separately authorized native drafts are scoped to your existing mailbox. Actual provider consent, draft behavior and your team’s devices require acceptance testing. A separate CRM is optional.
What happens before customer replies are enabled?
A pilot first observes in shadow mode, then prepares drafts for human review. Sending to customers needs separate credentials, policy, exact-draft checks and explicit acceptance. Reading, labels, a draft or provider acceptance alone do not prove that a customer received an answer.
Can I try it without connecting my email?
Yes. The public demonstration uses fictional messages and works locally in your browser. It has no connected mailbox, customer-send capability or paid model calls. Please use made-up text when trying the editable preview.
