For med spa, surgical and wellness practice owners and teams. Business guidance; clinical information belongs with the practice’s qualified reviewers.
Start with accurate business details, a useful location page and a working way to contact the team.
Local visibility starts with the real business
When someone searches for a nearby practice, the information they need is practical: do you offer the service, where are you, when are you open and how do they contact you? Local search work should make those answers consistent and easy to use.
Google says its local results are mainly shaped by relevance, distance and prominence. Its local ranking guidance recommends complete, accurate business information and notes that you cannot pay Google for a better local ranking. A website project cannot change the distance between the searcher and your practice.
Begin with the location and audience you actually serve. Adding a list of surrounding cities does not create a useful page for each city. Publish location-specific information when your business has something real and relevant to explain.
Make the profile and website agree
Review the business name, address, phone, hours, website link and appropriate service information in the business profiles you own. Confirm who has account access and who updates temporary hours or closures. The website should tell the same factual story.
A location page can include arrival information, parking, accessibility details supplied by the practice, the team at that location and the services actually available there. Link to the correct inquiry or booking destination. If several locations share one reception team, make that handoff clear instead of implying separate staff where none exist.
Choose the local details your audience needs
Med spas: connect the location to current service information and the consultation path. Make it easy to see which team members and services belong to that location.
Surgical practices: explain the administrative consultation location and contact process using details approved by the practice. Distinguish a consultation office from other facilities when that distinction is relevant and authorized for publication.
Wellness businesses: clarify where programs happen, which formats are offered and how schedules or memberships are explained. People comparing local options should not have to guess whether a program is in person, remote or available at a different branch.
These are content priorities to review with your business, not assumptions about what your practice provides.
Build a routine around real customer feedback
Use a consistent process for inviting genuine feedback and deciding who responds. Keep the public reply focused on service and a sensible next step. A practice’s privacy review should determine what information staff may use in public.
AI can assist with a reply draft, but a person should check the tone, facts and escalation path before publication. Do not invent reviews or ask a model to create customer experiences. The goal is an accountable response process, with a named owner for complaints or sensitive issues.

A focused local SEO starting scope
- Establish the baseline: record the priority location, service pages and available profile/search data.
- Correct the facts: reconcile approved business details and broken contact destinations.
- Improve the pages: add useful location information and links to relevant services.
- Assign responsibility: name the people who maintain the profile, review content and handle inquiries.
- Review the results: compare relevant search activity and useful inquiries over an agreed period.
A local review can be a focused project. Profile edits, content production, review-drafting workflows and ongoing reporting need their own agreed access and deliverables. We make those responsibilities explicit so your team knows what has been completed and what needs continued attention.
