LET’S DISCUSS YOUR PRACTICE
Your systems.
Your priorities. A clearer next step.
Tell our software team what your practice uses and what you want to understand better. Start with a business inquiry; any service scope, price and readiness must be confirmed separately.

CURRENT AVAILABILITY
A conversation now.
Delivery only after acceptance.
- Now: business inquiry
- Use the existing general business inquiry to describe your systems and priorities. Our software team reviews the inquiry; no paid work begins from submitting it.
- Before delivery: written confirmation
- Confirm the exact available service, qualified delivery owner, systems, access, privacy terms, price and start arrangements. None of those is promised by an inquiry.
- Still gated
- Paid assessments, live vendor connections, monitoring and staffed response are not active offers. Security Snapshot remains disabled.
01 / PRIVATE PRACTICE SECURITY SNAPSHOT
A planned starting point.
Currently disabled.
Security Snapshot
The planned Snapshot would use a small amount of business-system information to create a preliminary map. It would not be a verified assessment or a diagnosis of your security.
There is no questionnaire, upload, storage, score or submission endpoint in this preview.
Before activation, its privacy notice, permitted use, minimum fields, retention, storage and access controls must be reviewed and accepted.
02 / A CLEAR PATH FROM DISCUSSION TO SCOPE
Learn. Discuss. Assess.
Agree each next step.
- 01
Read and prepare
Use Shield Intelligence and Resources to identify the questions that matter to your practice. General research does not prove an issue in your systems.
- 02
A future preliminary Snapshot
The planned optional intake would remain separate from a verified assessment. It cannot be completed here and is not required to read or discuss the product.
- 03
Agree a Private Security Assessment
Confirm the assessor, systems, permitted checks, privacy terms and written quote before work begins.
- 04
Consider a Shield Monitor pilot
Only after the actual connections, data handling, review hours and responsible people have passed the required checks.
- 05
Add response or extended work separately
Any future response arrangement or Extended Assurance work needs its own authority, tested delivery and agreement.
CHOOSE THE WORK, NOT A GENERIC SIZE LABEL
Your stack.
Your scope. A written agreement.
Identity count, systems, clinical-media volume, device mix, response coverage and service complexity inform the scope. All four service options remain proposed, inactive and quote-only; a discussion does not activate them.
- Private Security Assessment
- A bounded review and prioritized plan. The exact systems, qualified assessor, permitted methods, privacy handling, deliverables and quote must be agreed before work.
- Shield Monitor
- Recurring coverage, case review and reporting for accepted source streams. Define the review calendar, responsible contacts, service limits and delivery acceptance.
- Shield Respond
- Separately authorized correction/containment and incident handoff. Requires a qualified responder, tested source-system actions and continuity/recovery arrangements.
- Extended Assurance
- Additional vendor reviews, exercises, development checks or extended hours. Each extension has its own scope, acceptance and pricing.
03 / BUSINESS INQUIRIES ONLY
A few system names.
A useful first conversation.
A design-partner discussion can cover your practice type, locations, existing software, IT provider and the confidentiality or administrative questions you want to explore.
Do not send patient details, medical images, passwords, API keys, security logs or incident evidence through the public business inquiry form. It is not an emergency or incident-response channel.
An inquiry starts a conversation, not a paid engagement. We would confirm availability, deliverables, responsibilities and an individual quote in writing before any work.
