The integration design accepts purpose-bound security and media/job activity. Patient records, clinician roles, messages and explicitly released illustrations remain under their clinical controls.

01 / CONNECTION SPECIFICATIONS
These are the systems and signal types the product is designed to evaluate—not a catalog of live connectors or vendor endorsements. Qualification is specific to the product, edition, stream and practice.
02 / WHAT MAKES A CONNECTION QUALIFIED
03 / PLEASANTWORKS PRODUCT RELATIONSHIPS
These relationships are mapped integration contracts, not completed live adapters. Existing vendors, clinical owners and financial systems keep their responsibilities.
The integration design accepts purpose-bound security and media/job activity. Patient records, clinician roles, messages and explicitly released illustrations remain under their clinical controls.
Resource owners and dependencies can inform a scoped repair plan. Neither a security case nor a coordinator can approve its own action or expand access.
Separately approved operational aggregates and cost summaries may inform business reporting. Patient-level incident content is excluded; Shield cannot create financial authority or activate billing.
Publication, research reuse and consumer-service connections need their own purpose and approvals. Security evidence is not automatically reusable for marketing, training or identity matching.
CURRENT CONNECTION STAGE
The local Go/PostgreSQL pilot accepts a fictional normalized export. Actual vendor connectors and scanners are not shipped. A listed connection category is not a vendor partnership or endorsement.
The first operational slice is intended to qualify one identity/email suite, one media store and existing device/backup sources, followed by the practice’s supported clinical audit and website/intake paths. Choose the actual systems first—not a promised logo list.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Tell us which systems your practice uses and what you want to protect. We’ll discuss the relevant scope, readiness and responsibilities before any work.
