WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAYS
FICTIONAL MESSAGE / LOCAL REPLAYAI INBOX + CUSTOMER REQUEST MANAGER
Turn incoming email into
organized customer work.
No separate CRM subscription required. Keep your existing inbox; connect other business tools only when useful. This page is a fictional demonstration, not a connected mailbox.
PleasantWorks works behind the inbox your team already uses. It turns customer email into trackable requests, can prepare reviewed replies in Drafts, and keeps ownership, status, missing information, and follow-up organized without asking your team to monitor another inbox.
A customer email arrives.
It becomes a trackable request with an owner and status.
Your team replies, follows up, or hands it off.
Stay in Gmail or Outlook.
PleasantWorks works behind it.

WHAT ACTUALLY EXECUTED
EMAIL-DRIVEN CUSTOMER WORK. CLEAR SCOPE.
Start with the inbox you already use.
A managed PleasantWorks service—not another inbox your team has to check. Supported accounts can keep review work in Gmail or Outlook with native status markers and prepared drafts; the private workspace is mainly for setup, audit, metrics, and exceptions.
Per business/month in USD, plus setup. Smart Inbox is an existing-client add-on. Routine exception review stays with your team; maintenance time is capped. Third-party licenses, custom connector development, and unlimited human review are not included.
What is working in this demo?
The local sample experience works without an account. This public demo does not connect a mailbox, create live customer-request records, update an external CRM, or send replies. The production service is designed to manage email-driven requests itself or hand them into an existing CRM after the relevant integrations are configured and verified.
LET’S KEEP IT PRACTICAL.
