THE NAME IS THE EXPERIENCE

Kanpai is
the toast.

In Japanese, “kanpai” is the toast — the “cheers” before the first sip. A moment to settle in, share a plate, and enjoy the company around you.

A quiet dinner for two or a table full of friends. Come for the food, stay for the conversation.

CONCEPT NOTES

Built around
the toast.

This V3 rebrand treats “Kanpai / 乾杯 / cheers” as the emotional center: togetherness first, chef craft second, fire as one visual accent rather than the identity.

Visuals

The toast, sharing and nigiri scenes are bundled concept illustrations created for this demo, so they load without internet access. They are not depictions of Kanpai's actual dishes, guests, or interior.

The torch image is also a local concept asset and is not Chef Sean Park. For launch, replace these files one-for-one with approved Kanpai photography or video while keeping the same local asset pipeline.

Restaurant information

Address, phone and dinner-day information were rechecked against Kanpai’s public website on October 10, 2026. Chef background is based on Kanpai’s About page and Charleston Wine + Food. Final launch copy, image rights and hours should be approved directly by the restaurant.
